Description
The RH controlled filament feed and storage box is an option for keeping materials dry during printing when a Materials Management System (MMS) isn't available. It comes with replacement parts for the printer's filament sensor body that are modified to accept the PTFE connection tube, which is also included. The box should be paired with Printdry to condition materials prior to storage in the box. Printdry can also be used to dry the box's desiccant when it becomes saturated. Box will maintain an RH of between 10-20% for a number of weeks if box isn't opened too often. It has a RH sensor and readout built-in. It holds one 2-4kg spool or two .5-1kg spools
